Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-20
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wannalead — the web application at wannalead.co, the Wannalead API, the command-line and agent tooling, and the Wannalead browser extension (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by THOLEX ("we", "us"), a French société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Toulon Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 104 753 967, whose registered office is at 2 impasse des Myrtes, 83320 Carqueiranne, France (VAT: FR52104753967). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. The Service
Wannalead lets you execute LinkedIn actions — search, enrichment, connection requests, messages, and similar operations — from your own LinkedIn account, driven through the Wannalead API and tooling. Requests are executed through your own authenticated LinkedIn browser session via the Wannalead extension.
2. Your LinkedIn account and third-party terms
- The Service operates on your LinkedIn account, at your instruction. You remain solely responsible for the actions you ask the Service to perform and for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any other third-party terms that apply to you.
- Automating actions on LinkedIn may be restricted by LinkedIn's own terms. You acknowledge that using the Service may result in limitations or restrictions placed on your LinkedIn account by LinkedIn, and that you use the Service at your own risk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
- We do not guarantee that any given LinkedIn action will succeed; LinkedIn may change or block functionality at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, or send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages;
- send bulk unsolicited messages in violation of applicable anti-spam or data-protection rules;
- access accounts or data that are not yours, or circumvent the Service's rate limits, quotas, or safety guardrails;
- resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own offering, or build a competing dataset from it;
- reverse engineer the Service except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.
We may suspend or throttle usage that we reasonably believe puts the Service, other users, or third parties at risk.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
The Service is intended exclusively for professional (B2B) use. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade, business, or profession, and not as a consumer. Consumer protection rules — including the 14-day withdrawal right under the French Consumer Code — do not apply to purchases made in a professional capacity.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
Where an invoice is not settled by automatic collection, payment is due upon receipt. Late payments accrue interest at three times the French legal interest rate, plus the statutory €40 recovery indemnity per invoice (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code).
6. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business use. All rights in the Service, its software, and its branding remain ours.
7. Your data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and, for the browser extension specifically, the Extension Privacy Policy. Data obtained through your LinkedIn session is used only to provide the Service to you; we do not pool or resell it.
8. Termination and suspension
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if your usage creates a security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will remain compatible with LinkedIn.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data — including restrictions placed on your LinkedIn account by LinkedIn. Our total liability for all claims arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or €100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you advance notice (for example by email or in-product). Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
